Voltaic Mitt:
These changes are meant to make Voltaic Mitt feel a bit more Welcome whenever you find it. Its base effect is too situational to be noticeably impactful, can be easily missed out on with above-average vertical movement in loops, and the damage itself is too meager for it to be considered a "Damage" item. It currently just feels like a dud in a pool filled with otherwise strong, effective, and coveted items. Given that the last buff to Mitt was making climbing enemies flinch when hit by the trail, I decided to lean into its stunning utility (and also make it an actual utility item) with an extra, more common effect of using interactables to stun enemies. Probably still minor, but it's as vanilla-friendly as I can manage, and it still is just a white item.
