MeemsElites
Elites from Meem.New Elite types that exist because I felt like it.
Currently, two (2) new Elites are exist:
Fortified Elite, has increased base armor and occasionally gains a large amount of additional armor.
Blooming Elite, has slightly increased health and gains a stat boost while below half health.
