exactly what it says on the tin.
item count scales with difficulty, yielding increasingly high odds for fatal, run-ending items.
this mod is not intended to be fun or fair or balanced in any way. it exists merely to feed my sick sense of humour.
probably works in multiplayer. i don't know. i never bothered to test it -- but it should work, even if the clients don't have it installed. do with that information as you will.
