Adds item description upon pickup in Russian.

Instruction

Drop item-description-ru folder into Steam\steamapps\common\Risk of Rain Returns\language then select Item Description RU in the main menu at the top right of the screen

Чтобы установить переместите папку item-description-ru из архива в Steam\steamapps\common\Risk of Rain Returns\language затем выберите Item Description RU в главном меню в верхнем правом углу.
