Thicc Artificer Skin

Adds a skin based on the Popogori's art of Artificer. Comes with physics and the outfit is configurable. Yes, there is an older skin I made based on that too, this one is more accuarate to the source material.

• 1.1.0: Added a new jetpack, can be turned disabled in the config. Fixed a bug with Royal Capacitor causing her right arm to disappear.
