📥 Installation

With Thunderstore Mod Manager (Recommended)

1️⃣ Open Thunderstore Mod Manager
2️⃣ Search for NoGoldVisuals in the Risk of Rain 2 category
3️⃣ Click "Install"
4️⃣ Start the game & enjoy better performance! 🎮

Manual Installation

1️⃣ Download the latest NoGoldVisuals.zip from Thunderstore or GitHub.
2️⃣ Extract the ZIP file.
3️⃣ Move the NoGoldVisuals.dll file into:

Risk of Rain 2/BepInEx/plugins/NoGoldVisuals/

4️⃣ Start the game!

❓ Does this mod remove gold rewards?
➡️ No! You still get gold, but the visual effects (gold coins, pots) are removed.

❓ Does this improve performance?
➡️ Yes, especially in late-game runs where thousands of gold effects can spawn.

❓ Do all players need to install the mod in Multiplayer?
➡️ No! Only the Host needs the mod. Players who join the lobby do not need to install it.
