Fixed for Alloyed Collective
Removed item descriptions from readme per commissioner request
Added new item
Changed Gain Tonic Affliction default config value from 1 to 0
Added pvp_call, pvp_accept and pvp_end concommands
Added players alive check before start pvp countdown
Players that were already dead will not be punished on pvp end
Reordered some code execution so to break less stuff on error
Fixed player teams expierience syncing only once
Added more nullchecks
Players during PVP event still cannot pickup items. I want to fix this in R2API.Teams but I can't build it :p
