Stores the pickups you discover in the steam cloud, and seperate from your profile so when you play vanilla and then come back to modded you will still have your pickups discovered.
I made this mod because i got tired of going to my dev profile and then back to my heavily modded profile and not having any items discovered for starting items gui.
