High Priority

Adds a green item that lets enemies take more damage on a ping. Brings some more use to the pinging function. Prepare the chat to be spammed with those.

Notice

Only the one - who has that item in their inventory - can deal extra damage to a pinged enemy.

Does not work with any mods that increases the amount of pings you can do on enemies. Only the last pinged enemy will receive that bonus damage.
