Dante Skin for Nemesis Commando

I wanted to make this one for so long and it's finally here!

There's a small bug when using the special where there's no effects, unfortunately I don't know how to fix that.

Thanks to TeamMoonStorm for the StarStorm 2 mod, one of the best out there!
