Adds Drifter loadout skills for building, upgrading, and maintaining UES drones.
Loadout
[Secondary] UES Fabricator: Fabricate allied drones from Junk and Scrap.
[Utility] Junk Patch: Heal yourself, allies, and drones with Junk.
[Special] Nanobot Upgrades: Temporarily raise an owned drone by one vanilla upgrade tier.
[Passive] Hoarder Efficiency: Improve Junk generation and Scrap conversion while both UES skills are selected.
Fabrication recipes
Fabricate disposable allied drones using data-driven Junk and Scrap recipes.
Nanobot Upgrades
Temporarily upgrade compatible owned drones for the current stage.
Hoarder Efficiency
This passive improves Junk capacity, Junk generation, Scrap conversion, and fabricated-drone cooldowns.
Multiplayer and installation
Menus are client-side. Requires current Drifter and Alloyed Collective/DLC3 drone content.

After Drifter somehow met Captain, Captain decided to recruit her into the UES crew. She proved herself a valuable field engineer and was given the chance to create a portable drone fabricator.
