Adds an option to disable the red, map-wide flash on death.Configurable Player Death Effect
Currently just adds an option to toggle the red post processing from showing up, which is set to false (as in shouldn't show up) by default.
Useful for splitscreen multiplayer when you don't want to blind your teammate.
