Adds an expansion that enables survivor randomization.

Survivors will now randomize on a timer.

Enable Goobo Overlay Effect: Goobo pop vfrx/sfx on spawn.

Randomize On Stage Start: After spawning in the next stage, instantly randomize.

Randomizer Interval: The timer on which the randomization happens.

Survivor Blacklist: A blacklist for survivor bodies.

Haz: For commissioning this awesome mod.
