WIP using as a learning tool for Unity.
Adds a tier 3 item which roughly emulates Senna's passive from League of Legends. Scaling values are editiable with InLobbyConfig
Item Descriptions: Absolution - Whenever you kill an enemy, you have a % chance to gain an Absolution Stack. Gain Absolution Stacks on Elite or Boss kill. Heal per hit when exceeding 100% crit chance.
Absolution Stack - Increases base attack and crit chance per stack
