Set the Gravity Coef for Arti NanoBomb/Corrupted Void Fiend Flood

- Disabled By Default, since it affects Void Fiend too

Put ArtiTweaks.dll inside the BepInEx/plugins folder.

Run the game once to generate the config, then edit BepInEx/config/Foldex.ArtiTweaks.cfg
