Risk of Rain 2 - Vermin Are Weaker

This mod focuses on nerfing those pesky Blind Pests and Blind Vermin to some extent. Heard this was a constant issue in most play throughs, this mod makes them less annoying.

Base Changes

Pests deal 35% less damage
Pests have 50% less health
Pests have 25% less attack speed
Pests are 100% faster
Vermin deal 40% less damage
Vermin have 20% less health
Vermin have 25% more attack speed

I might still add more variables to customize these totally lovable enemies! Also will consider adding more enemies to this mod!
