Pathfixer

Fixes certain characters not using pathfinding properly. Serverside.

This fixes:

• Clay Dunestriders not being able to move
• Halcyonite not using any pathfinding at all (vanilla behavior can be re-enabled via config)
• Some miscellaneous characters having trouble using pathfinding properly
