- Warped Sprout was buffet due to being weaker that the non-void Leeching Seed (Hilarious i know)
- Enhancement Vials were too hard to proc and had very niche effect
- Blank Slate was slightly buffed, now it should give enough barrier to sustain it like Topaz Brooch does
- Lens-Makers Orrery was reworked to be more interesting, previously it was just "deal x2 dmg while not crittng" type of item
- Manuscript slightly buffed to be more appealing among other stat boosting items, due to it giving random stat buff

Now allows your crits to crit one more time per stack, 
with every subsequent crit having half crit chance of the previous one

-Apathy and Quantum Scrapper got buffed due to being too underwhelming for legendary items. 
-Cheap drumstick was nerfed from base mod value, 28% > 20%, to make it inline with similar item - Delicate Watch.
But because there's already a lot of better attack speed items, Drumstick was just worse Soldiers Syringe. 
-A lot of bonus hp/armor/shield items were nerfed because it was too easy to get too much health and become immortal, 
or ever break integer limit due to unintended interaction between some items.
-Abstracted Locus was slightly nerfed, now making teleporter charge time almost instant is a bit harder.
-Clumped Sand was slightly nerfed due to being just better Shaped Glass, with almost no drawbacks.
