DebrisShieldUtility

A new utility for Loader based on their RoR1 secondary: Debris Shield.

Shield yourself for 100% of your health for 3 seconds while also increasing your move speed.

The mod contains a config that offers many options such as switching the skill slot the skill occupies, allowing the skill to provide true invincibility (to match RoR1), or even selecting your own specific buffs for the skill to grant the player.
