Passive-ish Changes:

The wake up animation is now much faster.

Passive Changes:

Poison Duration 10s => 6s.
- A nerf to the hit and run playstyle, making poison more active.

M1 Changes:

Removed Sprint Cancel.
- I really liked the M1 cancel before they changed how "stepped" skills work, it was essentially a choice between healing/band proc or extra DPS. Nowadays, it's just a straight upgrade.
Buffed Attack Speed by about 13%.
- This is a small compensation, didn't want to push it too far, to not make it raindead.

M2 Changes:

Reworked Neurotoxin
Neurotoxin Cooldown 2s => 4s.
- These changes were made to make Acrid's hit and run playstyle much less effective, and instead focus on an AoE oriented ability that's reminiscent of Risk of Rain 1.

Utility Changes:

Frenzied Leap Cooldown 10s => 8s.
Frenzied Leap Cooldown Reduction Per Hit 2s => 1.5s.
Frenzied Leap Damage 550% => 500%.
- Making Frenzied not suck and be unfun with much inferior mobility.
All skills can now be cast during both leaps.
- This is a bit buggy with M1, I might fix it later, but it does serve a funny purpose I suppose.
