Flurry now fires 2 Arrows when not Critting. (Was 3 in Vanilla)
Flurry now fires 4 Arrows when Critting. (Was 6 in Vanilla)
These changes make Flurry DPS better at ~50% Crit, Flurry combined DPS better at ~56% Crit, Flurry PPS always better and Flurry Proc DPS better at ~67% Crit compared to Strafe.
