Configurable QOL changes and minor buffs for Artificer.

• Secondary changes
  • No longer cancels sprint (Toggleable, default enabled)
  • can be charged infinitely (Toggleable, default disabled)
• Flamethrower changes
  • Range increased by 50% (Toggleable, default enabled)
  • No longer cancels sprint (Toggleable, default enabled)
  • Adds a config to base damage (default is vanilla values)
  • Modify base ignite chance to 100%
• Ion Surge changes
  • Decreases the default jump height to 95% (jumping from the ground will keep you in teleporter)
• ENV suit changes
  • Increases the acceleration modifier of the jetpack by 50%
• Charged nano-bomb changes
  • Turn off bomb gravity (default is vanilla, as it affects void fiend secondary aswell)
• Cast nano-spear changes
  • Increases the damage modifier of to 400-1500%
  • The charge time is rescaled to the charge time of charged nano bomb (1.375 seconds)
  • Adds a config to modify the proc coefficient of the projectile (default is vanilla values)
• Snapfreeze changes
  • Decreases the cast time of snapfreeze by 75%
