The End

A Minecraft-inspired final encounter for Risk of Rain 2: travel to The End, shatter the End Crystals and slay the Ender Dragon.

How to get there

Charge the teleporter on a stage 5 map and a portal to The End opens next to it. You can turn this off in the config with PortalAfterStage5.

The fight

• The End: a floating island of pale stone with obsidian pillars, adrift in endless dark.
• End Crystals on the pillars heal the dragon. Break them.
• The Ender Dragon (Sovereign of The End) circles, spits Ender Charges that leave pools of dragon's breath, breathes purple flame and perches on the fountain.
• Endermen answer its call when it lands and when its health drops.

Rewards

• Dragon Egg (legendary): hatches a baby Ender Dragon that spits ender charges at nearby enemies.
• Two ways out:
  • Leave The End ends the run in victory and unlocks the Ender Dragon skin for every survivor: obsidian body, purple glow, small dragon wings, Ender particles.
  • The End Gateway continues the run.

Multiplayer

Everyone in the lobby needs the mod, on the same version.
