Prevents item drops that aren't temporary and aren't from interactables in hidden realms (by default).NoHiddenRealmItemFarming
Any item drops that aren't temporary or from an interactable of some sort in hidden realm stages (specified through a config setting) will be either made into temporary items (requires alloyed collective) or prevented from dropping entirely, depending on another config setting. There's also a config setting to whitelist certain item tiers from being blocked or made temporary on blacklisted stages.
