Adds the Rocketeer as a Playable Character and the Shiny Jetpack as an Item.The Rocketeer
This is a fully funcioning character with custom abilities and a new item. As I'm not an animator, and don't care to do it, it uses the default commando. If you have any interest in making the model/animations just dm me on discord, @lurgypai#1535
