A Mod Pack o' Stuff

This a part of the Core Mod Pack that had to be made due to the Manifest line limit. I will come up with a better organized pack set later. This was just a quick fix for now.

Has the potential to have stuff both added or removed as necessary for performance / gameplay reasons at any update. Config files have been added to have mods set correctly.

Also probably contains some NSFW mods so consider yourself warned.
