Randomizes the engineer's turrets. They can be any random monster, including another engineer which will spawn more random turrets.

Try your luck at Roulette. Press F2 to pull the trigger. If you get the bullet, you'll be given an Egocentrism. If you don't get the bullet, you'll get a random red item. Good luck.
