Makes Elite Bosses use their Elite HP Multiplier for director cost instead of their Elite Cost Multiplier, since the inflated Elite cost causes spawned Elite Bosses to have less total HP than individual bosses.
If you're playing with EliteReworks, hitting 2 Mountain Shrines should be enough to get an Elite Boss to spawn on stage 1.
Can configure the cost modification coefficient in the config. (1.0 = Use HP Multiplier, 0.0 = Use Vanilla Cost Multiplier, values in-between = lerp between the two)
