Revert's Merc's health regen nerf so that he has normal melee health regen. The nerf pretty much made it so that you're required to get 1 medkit/slug/tooth earlygame, and generally was more of an annoyance than anything.

Server-side and Vanilla-compatible. The mod only works if the host has it, but clients do not need the mod.

Installation

Place MercRegenBuff.dll in /Risk of Rain 2/BepInEx/plugins/
