Lonely Operator

Operator's a lonely guy. He needs friends. Friends who are also lonely. That way they can be lonely together.

Adds Operator compatability to the Empathy Core drones Delighted Probe and Quiet Probe. They are mechanical after all. Fully functions with his kit. Throw them, get carried by them, use them as a shield, or...

...Command them, with the new Special skill to be used by Operator's ADMIN-OVERRIDE.

The probe (or probes, they are independent and can be activated separately from or alongside each other) focuses a set of 3 lasers that slowly becomes more powerful as it fires. Attack speed scales the duration of the attack, allowing you to reach higher levels of power (Although it is capped)!

This is a small change in the context of a whole slew of changes that may or may not be coming out soon. If those do, this may be absorbed, to be determined.
