Changed the dynamic bones for the scarves a bit
Adjusted some colliders
Fixed the back of the eyes not glowing if that was even a problem that happened in previous versions
Fixed a bug that broke this and my railgunner experiment skin if you had both mods
Removed the fluff on top of the leg wraps, i thought i did this already
Changed like 2 letters on the page for the mod :3
Colliders may be slightly different again but its not noticable whatsoever
i cant just upload the same file for some reason so this version is identical to the last, i just changed some text on the readme
If I ever figure out how to fix the seams i'll fix them
Went back to the old weight paint because I realized using weight paint meant for another armature isn't the best

Slightly moved colliders for the scarf so it doesnt clip into the vest as much (didn't work ingame somehow i'll figure this out next update probably)
Now uses akittu's weight paint made for the model
There are some bugs that came from the way i transfered the weight paint over but it seems better aside from the artifacts that I have no clue why they're happening
The tail moves slightly better probably
Adjusted the physics for the pieces that hang off of the limb wraps
