Changes the skybox and weather on specific stage when playing Eclipse. There's a config for making the change a 50% chance instead of guaranteed.

Affected Maps: Titanic Plains 1 & 2, Aphelian Sanctuary, Abandoned Acqueduct, Scorched Acres, Siren's Call
