Changes void fog damage from max-health-based to current-health-based and enables damage reduction from Tougher Times, Repulsion Armor Plate, and armor statDescription
Void Fog Nerf aims to make void fog damage more reasonable and similar to what it was pre-Survivors of the Void so healing is not the only answer.
