Persistent Desperado

A relatively simple mod that allows Desperado stacks to persist through teleports, but reduces the damage bonus to 2% per stack.

The damage multiplier is configurable to your tastes; 2% is just what I figured it should be. So honestly, go wild.

It should work properly with up to 8 players. Past that, I can't make any guarantees.
