Changes War Bonds' rarity to be Uncommon instead of Legendary.Green War Bonds
This simple mod changes the War Bonds item so that it is in the Uncommon (Green) tier instead of the Legendary (Red) tier.
No changes have been made to how the item functions.
(This is my first mod, hopefully there aren't any bugs.)
