The Nullifying elite from Thalassophobia, revived as a standalone mod and updated for HC

Nullifying

• Immune to debuffs and damage over time.
• Can't be stunned, frozen, shocked or immobilized (configurable).
• Getting hit by a Nullifying monster strips away all of your buffs.
• Spawns alongside the vanilla tier 1 elites, including with Artifact of Honor.

Config

Health/damage multipliers (normal and Honor), aspect drop chance, and stun immunity can be changed in BepInEx/config/Phreel.NullifyingElite.cfg.
