Better Ben's Raincoat

I'm simply not a fan of the new Ben's Raincoat, and to that end I've created this mod to tweak it as follows:

Ben's Raincoat

If you would receive a debuff, instead receive 10% barrier per (+10% per stack)

Known Issues

• Item description isn't updated
• Buff in bottom left corner always shows x1 raincoat even if player has multiple
