Implements the unused red item from Risk of Rain 1, the Wicked Ring.Wicked Ring

This mod adds the unused returning item from Risk of Rain 1, the Wicked Ring back to the red item pool where it belongs.
This red item gives 5% critical strike chance and reduces all skill cooldowns by 1 second. All base game characters + Enforcer have Wicked Ring displays. (Commando, Huntress, MUL-T Engineer, Artificer, Mercenary, REX, Loader, Acrid*, Captain, Bandit, HAN-D)

Known Issues
- Item has no pickup/inventory sprite, instead using the placeholder icon.
- Acrid's normally unseen Alien Head display is tied to Wicked Ring, causing it to be visible when Wicked Ring's display is.
