PingDescriptions

PingDescriptions broadcasts item and equipment descriptions to chat when players ping pickups in Risk of Rain 2. This makes it easier for non-modded friends to understand what was pinged without needing the full item tooltip.

Features

• Sends chat messages for pinged items and equipment.
• Uses vanilla descriptions by default, with optional LookingGlass-enhanced text when that mod is installed.
• Only broadcasts from the host/server to avoid duplicate chat messages.

Installation

1. Install BepInEx and the dependencies listed in the manifest.
2. Place the mod in your Risk of Rain 2 BepInEx/plugins folder.
3. Launch the game and test with a local multiplayer session.
