The Gigantic Amethyst is an equipment item from the original Risk of Rain that resets all ability cooldowns. Since RoR2 has multiple ways to get stocks of abilities back, this can be configured to either option.

Installation
Place the .dll in Risk of Rain 2\BepInEx\plugins or use r2modman.
