This mod allows for you to configure the cost/rarity of elite spawns, and makes the game spawn swarms of small enemies instead of bosses more often
Install: Have BepInEx 1.3.1, and ConfigUIController 1.0.0 in R2API. put this mod's .dll file in BepInEx/Plugins
