StandaloneMajorConstruct

Adds the unused Major Construct boss back to the spawn pool. Spawns on Sky Meadow, Titanic Plains and Sulfur Pools. Also spawns in the Simulacrum versions of the aforementioned stages.
Spawns on Stage 4 and onward. Director cost is 800. (Magma Worm, Grovetender, Xi Construct, etc.) Boss item is the Defense Nucleus.

Attacks

• Xi Construct laser
• Xi Construct shield (gets 15 armor upon activation)
• Starts rising up and down from the ground at low health

Stats

• Laser range is 6x shorter (999 => 150)
• Aim speed = 10
• Base health = 2100
• Base damage = 25
