Allows you to combine Gunner Turrets at the Drone Combiner Station.CombinableTurrets
Pretty much what it says on the tin.
The upgraded Gunner Turret will be teleported next to the Drone Combiner Station. On top of the standard stat bonuses, they gain +50% (20) max stocks and +50% multiplicative attack speed per tier.
