Twelve Shooter

Commando finally took notes from Bandit and picked up his two six shooters that shoot slower but are able to load a much larger caliber bullet. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to use his bottomless mags like he does with his SMGs, so he has to manually reload the revolvers.

Fires at 3 shots per second, as opposed to 6
Does 250% damage per shot
More recoil and bloom per shot
No damage fall off, but lower maximum range (150, down from 200)
Has a 1.1 proc coefficient
Has a reload system similar to bandit, maximum 12 bullets
Changes Commando's SMG model into a revolver model
