Changed Evasive to no longer reduce base damage by 50 percent and now only lowers damage on primary Notes: This hopefully leads to more power overall due to items getting gimped by Evasive
Changed Evasive to give less movespeed but more regen Notes: This had far too much movespeed and you could barely feel the regen effect
Changed Evasive to give Secondary infinite charges but does not stun Notes: This gives him a viable damage option at range which is essential in RoR2’s late game
Changed Special to deal less damage in a slightly smaller radius, with a smide longer cooldown. Notes: now requires better positioning and more charges from Primary. It was also just absurdly high in the numbers department.
