CommandQueueSaveLoad

Stop rebuilding the same CommandQueue plan every run because yesterday-you had excellent taste and present-you has the memory of a Lunar Coin in a blender.

CommandQueueSaveLoad remembers the item queue you save for each survivor and restores it when that survivor starts a new run. Commando keeps Commando's plan. Huntress keeps Huntress's. Nobody has to share unless they are actually playing the same survivor.

What it does

Saves a CommandQueue plan per survivor.
Loads that survivor's plan automatically at the start of a run, if enabled.
Lets you restore a plan during a run after queueing the wrong item, making a bold experimental choice, or simply changing your mind.
Keeps saved plans separate from the live queue, so Command cubes can consume items without eating your saved setup.

This is an add-on for CommandQueue. It does not patch or replace CommandQueue.

Quick start

Start a run and open the Command Queue tab.
Build your plan as usual — perhaps Syringe ×5 and Ukulele ×2.
Press the Save button (floppy disk) beside the loop button.
On your next run with that survivor, the saved plan loads automatically.

Want a completely fresh plan next time? Press Reset (trash can) to clear the live queue, then press Save to save that intentional empty queue. Your survivor's next load will be empty too. A clean slate, without the administrative overhead of actually finding a slate.

Queue buttons

These buttons appear on CommandQueue's own button row while the Command Queue tab is open.

Button	What it does
Save — floppy disk	Saves the current survivor's live queue. This includes an empty queue when you deliberately want to clear their saved plan.
Open — folder	Replaces the live queue with the current survivor's saved queue. Useful for undoing a queue mishap mid-run.
Reset — trash can	Clears the live queue only. It does not touch the saved plan until you press Save.

Each survivor has an independent saved queue. There is no shared queue or cross-survivor copy action.

Settings

Setting	Default	What it does
Load Saved Queue At Run Start	On	Automatically restores the saved queue for the survivor you started the run as. Turn it off if you prefer to load manually.

Risk of Options is optional. With it installed, the setting and Clear Saved Queues button appear in the mod settings menu. Without it, the mod still works; the setting is available in BepInEx's config file.

Requirements

CommandQueue 1.7.0 — required.
Risk of Options — optional, for an in-game settings page.

Install through Thunderstore or your mod manager. CommandQueue is declared as a dependency, so a mod manager will normally take care of it for you. One fewer thing to queue manually.

Good to know

Queues are client-side. Other players do not need this mod, and your plan is not sent to them.
In split-screen, local players share one saved queue per survivor body.
Automatic loading happens once, for the survivor that starts the run. After a body change such as Metamorphosis, manual Save/Open uses the body you are currently playing.
Missing modded items stay in the saved file but are skipped when loading. Reinstall the item mod later and the saved entry is still there.

Backups and manual editing

Saved queues are readable JSON at:

BepInEx/config/CommandQueueSaveLoad.queues.json

You can back it up before changing modpacks or edit it by hand if that is your preferred form of loadout management. The file uses internal item names, which helps plans survive game updates and changing item mods.
