	Bulma	Skills
	Passive: DragonBalls	Dragonballs randomly drop from enemies. Collecting all 7 grants you a permanent stat buff. After you get a buff for each stat, you start getting random stat buffs.
	Primary: Machine Gun	Rapid-fire for 30% damage.
	Secondary: Ray Gun	Charge a red beam of energy for 650% damage.
	Utility: Capsule: Renault 5 Turbo	Activate a capsule to grant you a speedy car. The car has 50% of your max HP. It deactives after it's health is dropped to or below 0, or after reactivating this ability.
	Special: Capsule: Rocket Launcher	Activate a capsule to grant you a powerful Rocket Launcher. It has 4 missiles.

Install DBZUtils to enable her VO sounds for specific actions, like killing, taking dmg, encountering final bosses, etc.
