Functional Coupler Rework

Functional Coupler now grants the passive effects of every elite equipment stored inside it.

What changed?

Normally, only the currently active elite equipment provides its passive buff.

With this mod, every elite equipment stored inside Functional Coupler contributes its passive effect simultaneously.

Features

• All stored elite equipment passives are active at the same time.
• Vanilla behavior is preserved for the currently selected equipment.
• Duplicate passive buffs are only applied once.
