Vindictive Rage is a Tier 3 item. It has no effects
until you lose some health. As your health gets lower, your attack speed and damage increase, up until 2x for both at 0 health. Stacks linearly.
#Installation Pop all of the bits in the folder titled "The Mod Bits" into your plugins folder. That's it.
