ConfigAspectDropChance
Change elite aspect drop chances using a config file.Run the game with the mod for the first time to create the config.
Change the values in the com.themysticsword.configaspectdropchance config.
Uses the host's value in online multiplayer.

- Now uses a separate chance value for each individual aspect

- Slightly altered the code to attempt to fix an issue with the mod not working properly with certain other mods
